I imported items from ebay. when an item sells in ebay or bonanza is it automatically removed from the site that it did not sell on or do i have to do a manual process?

I sold an item on ebay but it qas not automatically removed from bonanza then it was sold on bonanza as well. Thanks.

Thanks for writing. We checked your account and you are syncing with eBay.

In your sync options, you have selected to only have sold items removed from Bonanza. The item you sold was reported as Bidding Ended, not Sold. When listings are removed from eBay for any reason other than sold with your settings, you will need to remove them manually from Bonanza.

Alternatively, you can change your import settings. You can can Cancel your Sync and open the options. Instead of Remove items if they are Sold on eBay, check Remove items if they are gone from eBay for any reason. Apply Changes.

If you are selling the same items on both eBay and Bonanza, you need to sync your booths so it disappears from Bonanza when it sells on eBay. There is a slight chance that the same person bought both, so you might check. If not, and you only had one item, as Ricky Ricardo would say, “You got some ‘splainin’ to do.”
