If you go to the seller’s booth and click on their profile link you can see when the seller was last online. This will appear on the left near their image.
You may want to give it a few days if the seller has not logged in today yet.

I have the same problem – bought something on 2/22 here and no “shipping information” shows under the purchasing – as it does with the other items I bought. Sent them a message asking when it would be shipped – no answer back. On the seller’s profile page – it looks like they are active 3/1/18, but nothing was ever replied to – if the package does not show up tomorrow I will use that link above and ask to refund my money since the item is probably NOT going to be shipped.
