How can I change this (publish to the correct account) or remove my other account?

Hi Zap_Books,
Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you are trying to update your export account when advertising your items on eBay. You are able to change the eBay account that you send items to. Go to your “My Store > Advertise items” page. On the box where you can opt into eBay advertising is a “Settings” link. Click that, and in the upper right corner is a link to “Change eBay ID.” You’ll then be required to log into and verify the eBay account you would like to send items to via Bonanza advertising platforms.
Hope that helps. If you run into any issues, please let us know at [email protected].
Thanks!
The Bonanza Team

Something isn’t synched correctly somewhere, whether it is in your account settings on Bonanza or eBay. Check the settings on both. If you find it, you may have to remove the link on Bonanza and do it again.

If you have more than one eBay account, you get to choose which eBay account you want to use whether you are importing items from eBay or trying to sync with your eBay account.
You change that eBay account information on this page (customized for Zap_Books): https://www.bonanza.com/booths/ebay_item_import/zap_books
Under the “Import Options” heading, there is a “Change eBay account” option.

Thanks BonanzaKaty. Yes, this corrected the problem. It’s hard to see the settings link. For anyone else with this problem, it is in the Ebay logo box on the advertising page below the google shopping logo. It was not a sync problem, but thanks to the others who answered.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
