Hello everyone,
I got two emails from Bonanza congratulating me for selling with the [URL removed]“You sold items on Bonanza”. But when I open my booth and go to “Recent Sales” I do not see the buyers or orders.
Any idea why?
Thanks

Go to your My Bonanza Page
Left column
Items sold-see if it is here
Did you get notification from paypal yet?
If not, it may be an echeck or an OBO in which you will need to check out (look under open negotiations on the My Bonanza Page)
If not contact support to check into it
[URL removed]
Also on the top center of this page will have Recent Sales for the first 24 hrs

Click on “My Bonanza” (what you are looking for is not in that drop-down menu). Once you are on the “My Bonanza” page, you will find a section titled “My Booth” on the left side of the page. “Items Sold” is located in the “Transactions” area of “My Booth” section.

In MyBonzanza, I see an option called “Recent Sales” but not the option “Items sold”
Where can I set up this option?
And yes I already received the PayPal payments.
Thanks

If all else fails, look under “Fees Owed”. Items are always listed there!

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
