So after forwarding my DNS to point toward bonanza and setting up everything to get it forwarded i realized I inputed the incorrect information, so i canceled the forwarding after i claimed it . After correcting the information I went back to claim my domain and it does nothing or gives me a error saying they have sent the error to bonanaza or nothing at all happens . How can I fix this ??? I dont want to be charged for a webstore no one can access ? Can some one give me a idea what to do or phone number for support ?

Hello @SleekHairBeauty,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry to hear about the trouble. It sounds like the DNS settings may not be correctly configured on your third-party domain provider. To fix this, you will need to log into your 3rd party domain account (i.e., 1and1, Bluehost, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Network Solutions, etc) and change the CNAME record.
Currently your CNAME record is most likely set to “your-booth-name.bonanza.com,” but it should be set to “your-domain.com (without the “www”).”
For example, my website domain is “www.bonanzakaty.com” My old CNAME settings would have been set to “bonanzakaty.bonanza.com” and now I need to change it to “bonanzakaty.com.”
Once you make the corrections, your domain should properly redirect instantly, but in some cases it may take a few hours to update (depending on the domain company). We have updated our help page to reflect these changes. Unfortunately, we can’t log in to your 3rd-party domain account and change your DNS settings or verify your URL for you. If you have problems with your setup, please contact your 3rd-party provider directly.

Hope that helps!

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
