It does not give me the option

Booth Settings
Edit Booth Settings tab
Booth Appearance
Link under banner Upload a new booth banner image or use a banner image from our gallery

Sometimes you have to do it a couple of times then make sure you to bottom and click on

Save all my changes

Last time I did it, I had to do it 3-4 times before it stuck…

Did you refresh the page? You do realize changes can take time to propagate on the web. It was most likely not the 3-4 times but more like it just finally propagated.
