I am no longer getting emails from bonanza when a sale is made. why not?

I liked getting the email and I really liked being able to send a personal response to the buyer.

I checked my settings and my email address is correct and I couldn’t find anything regarding my receipt of a sales email.

Any help is appreciated!

On occasion when there are updates going on, the email does not get sent..if this problem continues, contact support…

also, you can still contact seller through the email information provided from the payment source….

Yes… check your JUNK mail as that is where I found my ONE sale in the past year
