I am having problems with updating inventory
I imported a bunch of items from E-bay, and a few by hand. Those items that have been imported from ebay don’t seem to be updating in terms of quantity. For example the item on ebay has already sold out but the Bonanza site would show the original quantity.

would really appreciate some help and advice!
Thank you.

Hello FromRussia
We are sorry to hear that you have been having trouble with your quantities not changing when you sale an item.

To update your sync settings, visit the “Selling > Import from eBay” page linked below and click the button to “Edit settings”.

-Set the Remove items option to “Remove all items that were removed from eBay”

-Click the green button to “Save changes and start importing” so that your sync settings are updated.

The next time the sync runs it will remove any ended or sold items that are no longer active on eBay.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
