I used a Visa gift card, and never connected a PayPal account to Bonanza. I have been issued a refund from the seller, but I’m not sure how to claim it. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble. It sounds like you may have completed checkout as a guest using PayPal. We recommend contacting PayPal directly with the payment ID found on your Bonanza transaction summary to inquire about your refund status. You can locate your payment ID by pointing your mouse over the “My Bonanza” link in the upper left-hand corner of any page and selecting “Recent purchases” from the drop down. Locate the order and at the bottom of the transaction summary is your PayPal transaction ID. Contact PayPal with this information so that they can locate the payment and provide additional details regarding your refund. Here is their contact [URL removed]
