How to provide a no shipping option at checkout?

How can I provide a NO SHIPPING selection in the Checkout process. So if someone I personally know is buying, They purchase an item and go through the checkout process and i can hand deliver the item in person with no shipping charges applied..

Some people in the past have made a special listing just for one person by putting in the title something like “this listing is for warmwishes only. Please do not purchase unless you are this person.” and then you can also add this to the listing in BIG BOLD font

And of course make sure and mark the listing as free shipping…and I would also go so far as to mark this listing so that it is not in your feed that is sent to Google shopping.
