Sadly my 1 st sale was out of stock because sync with another site did not work. I refunded it but it still shows as not shipped. I have reviewed everything I can find-did the refund-asked for cancel or fee refund but it still is showing up as not shipped?
Any suggestions?

It will go away in a day or two and be replaced by cancelled with an orange dot. I think Bonz needs to verify that you refunded before they change it. Good luck here!

If I remember right, once you get your Bonanza FVF (final value fee) credited back, the not shipped thing-a-majig will go away.
Can someone clarify if this is wrong…

Bonanza has been having a few problems with things lately. I had a feedback notice that would not go away, and they told me it was sent to the techs, then the next day it was fine. so not sure if this is related or not.

Thank You so much. I will give it a few days and see if it disappears.

It does not go away…at least it didn’t use to as far as I know. The last time I refunded was in June 2016 and it still shows the “Mark as Shipped” link…on the invoice.
..if it bothers you once you check your next monthly bill to ensure you were not charged the fee..or you have been notified that the fee was removed (shows as $0.00 owed on statement)…then click the “Permanently hide this transaction” link in the upper right corner of your invoice

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
