How to get item on my booth's page.

My [URL removed] https://www.bonanza.com/listings/10-PCS-Face-Mask-Disposable-3-Ply-Earloop-Mouth-Cover/[phone number removed]?fref=QSrXbPa7

is not showing up in my booth [URL removed]

and when I log into it not as a seller, it says “Item is currently unavailable” so if I share my link, no one can buy it.

I would guess that it is under review..check you add/edit page and it will be red if bonz is reviewing the item

Hi @ccmom, I tried “Whoops. There was an error. This item is currently unavailable” and takes you back to the Bonanza home page

Go to add/edit page and click on Activate/Update booth..should be a large green button..to see if this will activate the item..if not

Go to your Add/Edit page

There is a column that has [URL removed]

The green are live
The orange are ready, click on the dropdown menu (small down arrow) and click on Set to For-Sale

The yellow are items that are missing something that prevent them for going live..open the edit…should tell you at top of listing what is missing

Gray is reserved (not visible to buyers)

If you have something that has a Red ![URL removed] dot then it is under review

I am guessing that since your item is a covid related item it is under review

Check to see if your listing is in the right category to be live
