I’m not quite sure how to answer that any differently than the following.
You indicated that your items would be shipped “Economy shipping” from China. It appears that you have quoted a shipping price and have promised that the buyer will get the item in 1 to 10 business days. It is up to you to ensure that your shipping policy is followed.
And, you do have the customer’s shipping address. It is up to you to decide how to deliver that item to the customer based on whatever shipping is available to you when shipping to USA.
To protect yourself from any false claims of the item not being delivered (received by the buyer), you might want to investigate how you can “track” the shipment so that you have proof of the delivery to the buyer.
