I’ve been trying to change my banner photo for over 2 weeks, with absolutely no success ? I finally got a response from someone, and they asked what the photo resolution was ? I don’t know, but does anyone know where to find info for banner size and resolution ? I know it should be 960 X 400 pixels, but I still can’t find anything about the resolution requirements ? Bonanza’s help section is all but useless, and I have resorted to the only thing I’m able to accomplish, I have deleted all my items for sale. No wonder people have trouble with sales ? It took me over a week to get any type of response, and all I was told was that no one else had my same issue ? That’s why I asked for help ! Instead of someone trying to help me, I get the old, “haven’t seen this one before” Huh ?

Good Luck in Bonanza! Be Blessed! Dee
P.S. REGARDING BANNER/BOOTH HEADER [URL removed] Bonanza ACCEPTS Banners/Booth Headers that are from 725 Pixels by 105 Pixels all the way up to 960 Pixels by 400 Pixels and anything IN-BETWEEN those 2 size limitations, thus a banner that is 800 Pixels by 275 will be AOK to upload and/or use within your Bonanza Booth, as your Header aka Banner.

I have found uploading banners to Bonanza to be one of the easier features to deal with on this site so exactly what is happening when you try to upload your banner? are you getting an error message? what is happening during the process?
