This is exactly what I was trying to figure out today! Finally found it, but the answer to this is much better than the Help section. Thanks for the question AND answer!

When you are setting up your item traits..

Under Size there should be an option Many Sizes

Choose this option, then scroll to just above the item description and a box will appear for you to enter the Size, quantity, upc, and sku (if needed)

once you enter one then click on link that says Add available quantity for another size

and continue until all sizes are entered…

The Many option appears with several different traits, ie size, color, style, materials, etc

This screenshot shows set up for color and size variations

If I understand your query properly, there’s no way to add “item traits” regarding “packaging size and weights”, for each/any variation of a product.

When adding or editing your listings scroll to the “Shipping Options” settings and a bit further to “Shipping Internationally”; there you can setup A (read [URL removed] ONE) option to ship to select countries for a predetermined costs to your buyer.

Tic the radio button next to " I will ship to the selected countries for a flat rate of $ ______ " enter the amount and choose the countries it applies to.

Or, play with the other options there and determine which of them best applies to help get your desired result.

Good luck
