Hi, I’m outside US seller.
In the past, there was a section in the user profile, where you could insert where you are from, so the buyer knew, where the item is shipped from. Recently I noticed, that this section is gone, which creates some kind of a problem, since the buyer does not know where the item is shipped from. I had such a problem just recently – the buyer was certain I’m a domestic (for him) seller, and when he found out the country of origin – went berserk with several emails and a PayPal dispute. I do state the country the products are shipped from in my profile and policies. However, I’d like to make it clear as possible and add it as a line in listings, just like US sellers do.
How do I add “Shipped from” line?

Each of your listings state that the item ships from Israel…is this correct?
It is in your listing right under shipping options
To change this go to your Seller settings in Account Settings (access from My Bonanza page, or from drop down menu under My Bonanza

I see Ships from Israel on all of your items…I see the country items are shipped from IF they are outside of the US..ie, I see Canada, China, Australia,,etc…I do not see it if they are US..
You will not see it on your own listings, nor will you see it if your location is identified as being in Israel..but you will see all other countries foreign to you

Go to My Bonanza > Edit Account Settings and then pick the Seller Settings tab.

Yes, this is correct. Do you see it in all of my listings? Because I look there, and all the lines are filled and [URL removed] the “Ships from city”, “Ships from post code” and “Ships from country”. But when I enter the listings themselves, I don’t see the “Shipping from” line at all…

I found a problem when I add an item that appears to have been shipped from my country and in fact a product originating from China How can I change the item location so as not to get into trouble with buyers ?
