We’ve successfully used the Batch Edit Items on numerous occasions.
Now, we would now like to be able to sort and edit our items in bulk by our “Booth Categories” in order to assign more specific Bonanza categories.
For example, we want to edit all our Architecture ADS and assign a more specific Bonanza category rather than Category 35 under Collectibles.
Has anyone found a way to group, isolate or sort listings by Booth Category to make multiple edits by using the Batch/edit screen? Thank You.

Might this (below) be what you’re referring to in your inquiry?

I also Know that You have to have a paid membership to do more specific sorting – I’m sorry if I didn’t answer your inquiry fully, just trying to help.

“Has anyone found a way to group, isolate or sort listings by Booth Category to make multiple edits by using the Batch/edit screen?”
If You add words used in Booth Category to the items description (e.g. on the end of the text), then You can select those listings via Batch edit, as it searches descriptions as well.
Searching for “Architecture ADS” in Your booth, I’ve found 4 items.
If You write it in the batch filter, You should also have at least these 4 listings.

You can only batch edit according to the site categories…not your custom categories, though you can try to sort by keywords under the filter option…
But Categories cannot be Set in batch edit…you will have to do those individually
And you can select the site categories using the filter option, in Artist Union’s response, by using the Category ID Search, click on the magnifying glass…. (which I think you already know, since you mention category 35)

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
