How long does support take to reply?

I have sent two requests one on Saturday and one on Monday. There is something wrong with my store, everything is marked reserved and there is no way to correct it.

I have yet to receive any answer.

I am having an issue with my booth also. I cannot click on any visitor links, they are all dead links. :( Hope you get your issue resolved.
