Hello, newbie Bonanza user here.
Set up seller account, filled out everything needed, got the Big Green Button to activate booth. Got email to tell me they should take a few hours to review my account. Currently my booth is still partially active and message still says it will be activated in 24hrs by the “elves”. Well this was 2/29/2016. That was 5 days ago…Many 24hrs. I tried researching in help, community, sent multiple emails. No clue why my booth is still not active.
Can anyone offer some eye-opening advice? Am I missing something?
I read so many positive things about this site yet right now I am receiving a very negative vibe. It seems to be as fun and quirky and weird as I am and I want to fall head over heels with this site but….so far the “blind date” is not working out. Any thoughts?
Ta!! <3

Thanks for reaching out @Halfpint_gal and welcome to Bonanza! So sorry for any delay. Our support team is receiving lots of love from buyers and sellers as our platform continues to grow. We are working hard to review all booths as soon as possible, and you should be hearing back from our team soon regarding your inquiries. Thanks for your patience as we maintain a safe community for buyers and sellers!
PS- If possible, we request that you only submit one ticket per inquiry. While we are pretty good at identifying and merging duplicate requests, this action takes away from valuable time responding to inquiries such as yours. Thanks for your understanding.

Same thing I said to another
Truthfully…though this may make some a bit upset…
The massive influx of sellers, bogging down the system with thousands of imported listings…it is taking bonz limited staff a lot longer than 24 hrs to go through and make sure the listings and sellers are legitimate.
Rushing approvals has already let some sellers through that proved to be less than honest and had to be removed.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
