I should probably know the answer to this, but…
Okay, a buyer sends me an offer on an item, but the offer amount is less than it would cost me to ship. So, I counteroffer with an amount that will cover what they wanted to pay, but with shipping added. Buyer accepts that counteroffer. Then… Nothing. The item is out of my booth, and therefore not available to others, but I haven’t been paid. I thought that before the item would be actually removed from my booth, the buyer had to make payment? No?
Anyway, I’m not terribly bothered because it’s only been one day, and it might work out fine. But I don’t know how long Bonz gives the buyer to checkout, so I have no idea how long the item could potentially sit in limbo. I’ve accepted offers before and I’ve done counteroffers that were accepted, but I always received payment immediately upon that acceptance. Never had this before, so I’m not sure how long it might go on.
Anyone know how this works?

as long as you wish to wait…(but the minimum is 7 days if you did not indicate otherwise when you counter offered)….I think the ability to mark an item Unpaid appears after 7 days if it is not already there
I always send a message once I accept an offer and instruct the buyer that the item will ship once they return to complete checkout.
If you have sent messages and they are not responding and you think you have waited long enough…just mark it “unpaid” and the item will be relisted (once you click on Update)
There was/is a setting when the offer is made to put a time limit..I am not exactly where because I have to see an offer again to find..it
