I see that the category tree Health & Beauty >> Bath & Body >> Body Sprays & Mists does not have a multiple scent/fragrance option…but it does have a Type option
So you can do one of two things…use this link to suggest that the item trait of scent/fragrance be added to this category

OR
you can use the Many Types option
When doing item traits, select Many Types under the type item trait
A box will open just above the item description that says
Type Quantity
Click on the Type box then type in the scent..
Strawberry…
A blue link will appear that says
Use Strawberry as a Type click on it and Strawberry will be added to a drop down in your listing…
Fill in the quantity
Then click on the link that says
Add available quantity for another Type
Another box will open…continue until you have all the types you want listed
If Bonanza approves the addition of the item trait to that category then you would use the same format (Many scents) and fill in the boxes

I don’t even bother with listing other scents with a drop down menu etc!

You also can do what ccmom says through the CSV importer. Do it once as ccmon explains, then export to CSV, work with the CSV file directly to replicate the techno-verbiage in all your listings and finally import it back.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
