How do i prevent .csv importer from skipping duplicates

How do i prevent .csv importer from skipping duplicates of items with the same title but have different sizes and gender. Or any help with how to fix it in excell for it to import.

A fix that may or may not be to your liking may be to create a Variable auction and all the sizes will be in 1 listing using a title that mentions many sizes to choose from.

I wish i could do that but unfortunately items with different sizes and gender are seperated by sku numbers.

seems the importer only recognises the first few words in title before skipping it due to duplication. making it hard for me to import all my items.
