How do i upload a video to show the problem with the item i received that is not working properly?

I received some Earin earbuds. They were advertised as brand new, and appear to be brand new, but they are not working. They are supposed to flash once charged up so I can pair them with my phone, but they are not flashing at all and I have tried pairing them with other phones, but they simply are not working at all. Earin will not honor a warranty since I did not purchase from an authorized reseller. In fact, they basically stopped responding to my requests for help. The seller wants a video and I don’t know how to upload it to the disputed claim area where we are talking. This is my first purchase on Bonanza, so I am very bummed out.

Thats a bunch of BS. They are defective (yes it happens, even if new) Personally I would have NO WAY to creat a video, much less send one if happened to me. Request a refund or replacement, if not open a case on Paypal. This is seller responsibility, NOT bonanza’s fault. e

Ask the seller for an email address and attach the file to an email and send directly.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
