I made a mistake by sending out the wrong item and they are requesting a return shipping label and I want to pay for the shipping cost for them to ship it back to me. At the time of purchase I gave them free shipping.
Thanks! Barb

1) Print it out and send it to them through the U.S. Postal system.
2) Instead of printing it out, do a SAVE AS… and save it as a PDF document. Then attach the file to an email message and send it to them. They would open it and print it out on their end.
Any refund you give the buyer should be done AFTER you receive the item back from him/her.
Tip >> Though it isn’t totally necessary, date it a few days later than the mailing/sending date. That way, they minimize any problems with USPS workers.

That answer was worthless. The question was actually how do you obtain a new shipping label to send to the buyer. It’s easy to obtain the shipping label through Bonanza when you sell your item, but I’ve looked everywhere for an option to obtain (buy) a return shipping label because my customer received a defective item. I don’t see the option anywhere. I also don’t know how to send a PDF file to my customer. Does the Bonanza messages allow a PDF attachment, or only photos?

- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
