Did they pay via PayPal? In that case, you need to refund the buyer in your Paypal dashboard. Then you come back to Bonanza, and you can request a refund of the Bonanza fees (in the Seller Dashboard, when you’re looking at the sale there’s a link for fee refund).

On your recent sales page locate the item you want to refund. Click on the payment transaction. It will take you to the payment page that will have a “refund this payment” option. Just click on the refund button. You can refund the entire amount or a partial amount.

Send message to buyer, either through bonanza or paypal (you should have the email from paypal)… ([URL removed] or other payment forms… ie Checkout By Amazon or Credit Card)…that you are cancelling the sale… This will refund your fees while also cancelling the sale here…

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
