I have various listings I’d like to put on hold temporarily (similar to Etsy’s “deactivate listing”). I have a variety of reasons for needing to do this, for example I may be currently negotiating a sale for that item with a buyer on another site and don’t want it to be purchased on Bonanza (not that I have any chance of getting a sale on Bonanza, but you get the idea).
If this feature is possible, can anyone give me a step-by-step on deactivating a listing (not deleting it)? I just have a basic account so perhaps it’s not offered without an upgrade?
Thanks.

Hi @Artgals_Studio,
Sounds like you need to use the batch editor (Selling > Batch edit items) and create a filter to isolate those items. Then, once you have them in view, select them all and edit the status to “reserved.” When you wish to make them for sale (individually or in bulk), select them again and change their status from “Reserved” to “For sale.” You can read more about the batch editor on the following [URL removed]

You can also set listings to “Reserved” when viewing the individual item listing page. This option is at the top of the page under the item title.
Hope that helps!

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
