What page do you leave your shop on. I keep mine on Selling Dashboard. If I leave it there, I don’t see if someone wants to chat. But if I put it on View your booth is the only place I see the Chat option. I need some advice.

At one time, if someone came to your booth and initiated a chat..a box would pop up in the bottom corner of the screen (on computer..I have no idea what it does on mobile device..). I am unsure if this is still true…but I do get email notifications if someone makes a comment in the chat box..
however, I can go to your chat box and leave a message to see what happens
