I have a logo picture of my outfit that I created myself and I can’t get to upload or drag n drop into position on my profile page. I’ve tried it in jpeg, gif, & png formats with no luck. I have it set at the right pixels, is it something I’m doing wrong or could the logo pic be wrong?

Go to your profile page
Either Click on your UserID name
or use the Drop down menu under My Bonanza
Under your Avatar picture there is an upload button and a crop/rotate button
This will change your Avatar, I just did a quick change and then a quick change back without any problem
I do not know what size you have it set for..because the logo size changes on depending on which page you are on..whether on profile page, booth page or in the forum…
Just use a larger square picture (I use about 400×400 and it is adjusted as needed

I cannot tell, since you do not have an active booth yet, but
If you are talking about your booth banner that is under your
Edit booth options
Booth Appearance
Upload a new booth banner image or use a banner image from our gallery
After it is done, you have to go to the bottom of the page and hit Save all changes if not then it will not change the banner
The banner size can be up to 960×400 though I prefer the smaller standard size we used to have, and I still have in my other 2 booths

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
