I bought an item on Bonanza and paid via PayPal. I got an email from PayPal showing the purchase but I never got anything from Bonanza showing I purchased and the seller never shipped me the item. How can I find the item and contact the seller about the status?

It should show up in “My Bonanza” on the left side of the screen. Look for the box containing “My Buying Activity” and then the link to “Items bought.” It should appear there. If by some chance the item does not show up there, then I’m not sure what you need to do.

Doesn’t the e-mail from PayPal give you the name of the item and seller contact information?

Sounds like the connection between Bonanza & Paypal wasn’t working. Have you tried contacting the seller directly? Their contact info should be available through paypal.
