How can you get rid of the blue link that says "show item description and listing details" and show the description immediately?

Why has that step been added just to see the item description? Shouldn’t it always be visible? For many types of items the description is more important than the “Item details” that are limited to drop down menus. For instance, I sell clothing and the measurements are crucial to whether or not a buyer buys or not.

I’m curious as to where you’re seeing this? I don’t. Are you one a phone or tablet? I’m on a PC right now. I wonder if this is mobile based to make the mobile site “cleaner.”

On the computer. Would be okay on phone, I guess (though I would not prefer it), but not on a PC. Just went to your booth and saw it there too on your listings directly under the Item details area instead of your description. Had to click on it to see what you said about the item.

In this case I went to your Tek Gear Fleece Pullover Vee Neck Purple Small. Without seeing your description I would think it was really deffective which would probably mean no sale. But with your explanation, a sale would more likely occur if it was the right size and color.

My descriptions are showing up OK (Mac with Firefox) but, a section, “Shoppers who viewed this item also viewed” is inserted before the dexcription. I wish that this was at the bottom after the description.

Just close out your browser, this has happened before where people have gotten stuck in this strange type of view item.

Closing browswer and trying again probably would take care of it..

For some reason people sometimes get the m.bonanza.com/booths/Oma_sPlatz (mobile version) on the desktop instead of the bonanza.com/booths/Oma_sPlatz (regular version)

if you ever see the m. in the URL, you have gotten the mobile version

I hope you are right, but there is no m. before [URL removed] but that is still the way I see it on AbbysAttic booth. Even after closing the browser, after clearing history and cookies, and after restarting my computer.

The item looks fine to me…I see it normal on the computer and with the link on my tablet…and though I hate to say it…you might need to clear you cookies/cache to remove the old page view

also note that each browser shows a slightly different ‘set-up’ version, don’t know what you call, but I have 4 different browswers and each one shows the listings differently
