I pressed the button “Permanently hide the transaction” by mistake.
I need to print the packing slip but I’m not able to see the transaction.
It’s urgent so please anyone can help me?

You can try going to the item that sold..
Update Items as a group (batch edit)
Filter for sold items
click the on the item
the listing will open with a link to the transaction…
You can also try going to Fees Owed
Click on Feb. to bring up this month’s transactions and then click on it…
I usually make my own packing slips, so if the above does not work, try making your packing slip from the email notification you got
I do not know of any way to get a hidden transaction back…to your items sold list
