go to paypal and print enter the information there [URL removed] and make the label and return here to enter tracking would be the easiest

if buyer used pp to purchase, also enter the tracking at pp, or click on the “print label” option at pp..they should have their correct address there anyway..

What @atomicdiner said. Scammers (not to imply that your buyer is one) use the “incorrect address” ruse to get sellers to ship to another location and claim they didn’t get the product.

Up to the BUYER to correct it, and ONLY ship to the paypal address to be protected as if you send it elseware (not the PP address) they can state they did not receive and open up a case and commit fraud to get a refund and basically steal the item. If they are honest and it was an honest mistake, they still should understand that the bad address was THEIR fault and should not give you grief about it. It is the correct thing to do. Also KNOW that if you refund them, PayPal DOES NOT return their fee back to you so you are already going to be out that amount.
Otherwise prepare to get burned on this item. Fraudsters are not only on Ebay. Good Luck

NEVER change the ship-to address at the request of a buyer. Make sure that THEY cancel the sale and re-purchase. That is for YOUR protection.

I believe the buyer needs to make any corrections themselves.
They should do that in their Bonanza account information.

If the sale has already been made, you could cancel it until the buyer has made the corrections and then they can buy the item again. It shouldn’t be up to you to make changes to a buyer’s address.
