A Buyer entered incorrect info in their address. How can I edit the ship-to address?

Up to the BUYER to correct it, and ONLY ship to the paypal address to be protected as if you send it elseware (not the PP address) they can state they did not receive and open up a case and commit fraud to get a refund and basically steal the item. If they are honest and it was an honest mistake, they still should understand that the bad address was THEIR fault and should not give you grief about it. It is the correct thing to do. Also KNOW that if you refund them, PayPal DOES NOT return their fee back to you so you are already going to be out that amount.
Otherwise prepare to get burned on this item. Fraudsters are not only on Ebay. Good Luck

I believe the buyer needs to make any corrections themselves.
They should do that in their Bonanza account information.
If the sale has already been made, you could cancel it until the buyer has made the corrections and then they can buy the item again. It shouldn’t be up to you to make changes to a buyer’s address.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
