Hi all, I am new and trying to understand every rule on Bonanza. Here’s my question, how can I add “Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return” on the Return Policy description next to the product photo so that consumer can see the return policy easily?

“Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return”
FYI, your policy will NOT apply if the item is returned under a PayPal dispute (SNAD claim). You can have buyer pay return shipping if they change their mind (buyer remorse) or if they ordered the wrong item.
A buyer can open a dispute if the item they receive is significantly different than how it was described. If that happens, the seller is responsible for all shipping charges. For [URL removed]
Buyer received a completely different item.
The item’s condition was misrepresented.
The item is missing parts or features, and this was not disclosed.
Buyer purchased a specific quantity of an item, but received the wrong amount.
The item was damaged en route to its destination.
Buyer received a counterfeit version of the item.

Booth settings
Shipping and returns tab
scroll down to Return Policy
add any return information (also good idea to fill out shipping policy in other box)
Once this information is filled out it will appear in you Booth Details on your booth page..

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
