I add some products via add items (not imported), and usually it takes only few minutes to appear in my booth.
“The Bonanza elves will activate your account within 24 hours. In the meantime, feel free to keep adding items and getting your booth ready to launch once it’s been approved.”
But now it seems takes longer, I already wait for 3×24 hours.
Is there any of you have similar experience with me?
Should I contact the customer support immediately or just wait?
Thank you.

Hi clotee,
So sorry for the trouble. Occasionally, listings may require manual review from our team before being published for sale. We generally do a site-wide approval a couple of times a day. If you find that your listings are not visible within 24 hours, feel free to contact us at support so that we can take a closer look. Thanks for your patience!

Hi [URL removed]
Visited your booth and found 584 products. The quote you shared above seems to refer to when a member first opens a booth, and is waiting for it to be approved. Haven’t added a product yet this morning, but so far as of yesterday, when I use the add/edit feature to list a product, it shows immediately in my booth. This is as long as I click “save to booth, customers can see immediately” instead of “save for later.” If you’ve done all that you feel you can do, maybe you SHOULD contact support.
Have a nice day,
Sandi

Hi, just added 3 items and they were active immediately after I clicked “update booth”. Sorry you are having a problem, I’d let support know. Hope it gets fixed for you soon!!

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
