All our Rolex watch paper magazine Ads were flagged or supressed by the system…so now there are a total of 73 paper magazine Ads (including the Rolex Ads) currently supressed and not shown for sale.
How can we have these magazine ADS made active again? can they be edited in Batch to remove any word or phrase that is deemed offensive such as cat food coupon ad, tobacco pipe ad, hearing aid device Ad and now Rolex Ads? please advise how to have these items reviewed and approved to be listed for sale once again. Thank You…any assistance in this matter is very much appreciated.

Contact bonanza directly through the "Help " menu. Explain the problem that you are net selling the items, only the vintage ADS for the items.

Rolex is one of those names that is a VeRO (Verified Rights Owner).
Like the word velcro and you are not allowed to use it.

Contact bonanza..may take a few conversations going back and forth to “fix” the items and get them re-activated.
…Had a few pulled not to long ago (In my case apparently if a television show was an Emmy Award winner the term Emmy could not be used on the DVDs I was selling)…once the “word” was removed the items were reactivated
actually this post might even get pulled for using the “word”

Thanks to all who responded. I will send a work request to Bonanza as suggested and hopefully all the Ads can be relisted or revised to meet the requirements. Thanks! Appreciate it!

We just had the same thing happen on both our booths! Probably had a couple hundred Rolex advertisements pulled! Crazy! Tried contacting Bonanza, but all I got was a canned response that they were responding to a cease-and-desist order.
Let us know if you have any success getting your ads re-instated! (and if so, let us know how!) By-the-way… I like your booth! You’ve got some great ads/postcards!

On a site which no longer exists, I had somewhat the same problem with a book title. I learned something that might – or might not – be helpful. Those programs are monitored by robots. If I did not use the word in my copy, but used a picture of the item prominently displaying the book title, it was no problem, so perhaps that might be a workaround. I simply don’t know.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
