Have you seen an increase in sales since the corona virus?

Not talking about just Bonanza. Whether you’re also selling on other sites, social media too.
Have you seen an uptick in sales since no one has anything better to do that be around the house?

I also ain’t seen an increase in sales since the coronavirus. I have seen an increase in sales for essay writing services. I was searching for the reviews for Edubirdie online and found [URL removed] link. When I was searching for it, I found an article on it.

No Sales increase but I expect the Baby Boom will hit in December, just before Christmas. (they gotta be doing something to keep themselves occupied since they are not buying here). Some Possible names would be SCOTT if a boy and PURELL if a Girl.

The amount of sales for the near future will depend on what you’re selling and the type of buyers.

1. People living with social security benefits and/or pensions may not change their buying habits too much. That will probably change as this crisis stretches out longer and longer.
2. People who have jobs will probably slow down (or completely stop) their spending on non-essential items. Paying rent, mortgages, car loans, and bills will be more important.

Mine have decreased. I’m not expecting any sales here at all though. My other two sites have slowed down a lot. To be honest, I wouldn’t want to order anything right now either, it’s just too big a risk. I have one of my other sites on vacation hold, and I’ll put my other on on hold this afternoon.

Sales are slow everywhere. I put my booth on vacation yesterday, and also my Etsy shop.

I’m in Canada, so mail takes a bit longer already. I don’t need international mail stopping, and having shipments in limbo.

I’m going to use the time to add draft listings and work on shipping profiles to make sure all is up to date with this year’s postal rates.

Well, after I finish all our taxes, at least.

It’s that time of year again, huh, Bookbin. I was working on mine today.

I have been having a great week and a half on both Bonanza and my online store selling NFL, MLB and NCAA etc. I think the Sports fans are melting down not having any to watch since all of them have been delayed

I know my husband is going through “Sports withdrawal”

No increase in sales or views.

Booths and own store have slowed down…but I did sell 8 books yesterday (which might be an indication of someone preparing to stay home for awhile)

Maybe I shouldn’t have pulled those 50 or so kids books a few months back and took them to the thrift store..

I have had a booth on Bonanza since October of 2012. March 2020 is the first month in which I have had more than one sale. My therapist advised me to temper my enthusiasm as I am prone to being hopeful. When I told family members of my achievement they asked me what Bonanza was.

I think that’s the biggest hurdle for this website . . . getting their name out.

I am on 2 other sites that I sell on and I had a fantastic 4 weeks and it’s still going. I am so grateful for the money since the time of my clients have been canceling because of the virus. Just got lucky with all those sales.

I’m glad to hear you’re doing well in your sales. Now, 2 days after the original post, I haven’t sold anything more. I don’t have many clothing items though.

Amazon just announced they are hiring extra people, so certainly they are seeing an uptick in online orders. For me, I’ve had a good March but hard to tell if that’s related to the current situation or not. Mostly I sell home & garden type stuff, but not essentials… so I could see it going either way.

I have not had anyone even look at my items since I opened my booth a couple of weeks ago. I am disappointed in that…

I finally got a sale today. First sale since Sunday, when I had a bunch of hens-on-a-nest sell on a different site.

I wish the very best for everyone in the world and hope we can all care, share, and give to bring about the healing of the Earth and all her inhabitants!

Sales have halted for me for the past week on all platforms. Unprecedented.

I am isolated in China and dare not go back to Singapore because I find that China is safe now. I bought online products in China and found that they did a little well. Their express delivery is 1-3 days slower than usual, because the seller and express company have to strictly disinfect every product and package. So I think the Chinese sellers will sell well in the future

Thank you for letting us know how things are in your area. I’ve heard that some areas of mail will be a few days slower.

I would like to say I had an abundance of sales on Sunday. This was on another sales site ~ don’t know if we’re allowed to use other site names on here.
It was my hens-on-a-nest that sold. Sold about 8 or 10 of them. Other than that, it’s been business as usual ~ meaning hardly anything.
My views are up.
We’ll see how well this week goes.

Big increase in sales the last week, with probably half of my orders going to California, NY, and Illinois where there are “stay at home” orders.
I also actually had my first question EVER in 18 years about what country we ship from this morning.
However, all this said, I am not spending the money I get from sales. I am holding it back for when sales drop off in a few weeks.

I am a new seller & I have not made a sell yet here. Off line though my home based delivery business which is similar to doordash or grubhub but more personal because we will actually go & shop anywhere for people. Sales have increased 12% & climbing. All to home delivery service businesses are seeing a spike in sales since the outbreak. I am sure online sales will spike as well & have spiked for sellers offering paper products, other disposable goods, vitamins, medical supplies & food. Great question Quakermaid! Thank you for asking it!

I was wondering how everyone has been fairing with this. Decided to check in. I hope that this all blows over sooner than later. In the meantime, I wish the best of luck to everyone.

No, no sales here or on my own sites. Of course, I only sell gifts and other items like books and jewelry. In the past few weeks I have been working on coding and improving photos, not expecting to sell anything but out of an abundance of caution for the fall shopping season, trying to make a living. I am semi-retired and right now I am self-isolating. Pundits say it will be a matter of months, not weeks, before the economy gets back to “normal”. This means I have more time to work on my projects without the benefits of selling. Oh, well. That’s life.
