“Scams” are an unfortunate characteristic of all selling venues to one degree or another. As of 12/9/16 this seller visited their booth so is probably aware of your purchase. Most of us could write books of scams on eBay, Etsy, and any of the selling venues that people frequent. One of the major complaints on here is that Bonanza takes to long to verify a new seller, simply because they are trying to protect the buyers and other sellers. Bonanza has as much, if not more, at stake if they have a bad reputation as a scam site. You can find websites that specialize in feeding people’s ever insatiable need to complain. If you think you have been hurt by this seller, you should contact Bonanza, especially if you haven’t heard anything and it has been several days. If not,no need to holler before you are hurt.

Did you receive a tracking #? Did you contact the seller? IF within a reasonable amount of time you do not receive your package, and if you paid with paypal, you can put in for a refund thru paypal, I believe you have up to 6 months to request a refund.

Scams are everyplace. I sell & have purchased on Bonanza for years, never once have I been scammed. You need to look at the specific seller and make a informed decision on if you should purchase or not no matter what site you are on, Ebay, Amazon, Etsy or Bonanza.

Next time if you purchase from someone with low or no feedback, or you are hesitant to purchase from for any reason, just send them a general email before you purchase, something like "if i purchase this item, will I receive tracking? or “How long does it take you to ship” Just something general, and see how long it takes them to get back to you. Usually this is a pretty good indication of what kind of seller they are, not always, but in most cases a good seller will get right back to you. Good Luck, I hope everything works out for you.

I have never heard of Bonanza being a scam site. ANY online venue can have bad sellers. I have never purchased from a bad seller on any site. I love buying online and would say to you………. If you have a question for a seller, ask them before you purchase. I hope you will purchase from Bonanza again. Merry Christmas!
