What steps after notifying the buyer do I take to cancel an order

Go to the payment processor (ie paypal or stripe)

Refund the customer
get your refund transaction ID number
come back and request a return of you fees from your current statement, privide the transaction ID#…(or the statement the fees are on)..

Once done the sale is cancelled…

For 99.999999% of online companies, once an order is shipped, you can’t cancel it. You need to receive the order, contact the company (read their return policy) and request an RMA# (and address) to send the goods back to. Basically requesting authorization from the company to be allowed to send the goods back to for refund/exchange. Also, use track parcel Australia post [URL removed] Work well for me.
