Help!!! my imported item from ebay sold here for way too little

Hey,
I had a silver platter aucyion on Ebay with a RESERVE of $500.00
I started the auction $$55.00
It must have imported for $55.00 here
Someone PAID me today $55.10 for this
There’s no way I am selling this for $55.10!!!

Sorry to hear of the troubles! You’ll want to follow Tom’s instructions below to cancel the sale. You’ll see a red X next to the fee in your November bill. Click that and you’ll be able to request a refund for your fees.

On eBay auctions… Bonanza can only import the starting auction price. From the help [URL removed]

“Starting bid price imported for auction listings. Since the true/best price of an item listed in auction format is unknown, we don’t try to guess at the price of your auction items. The importer will copy the starting bid price set for the auction as the “Buy it Now” price. Your best bet is to set their price using the batch editor after importing your items."

You will have to refund the buyer, explain nicely what happened, and then apply for a Bonanza FVF refund.
