Hey,
I had a silver platter aucyion on Ebay with a RESERVE of $500.00
I started the auction $$55.00
It must have imported for $55.00 here
Someone PAID me today $55.10 for this
There’s no way I am selling this for $55.10!!!
How do I handle this???

On eBay auctions… Bonanza can only import the starting auction price. From the help [URL removed]
“Starting bid price imported for auction listings. Since the true/best price of an item listed in auction format is unknown, we don’t try to guess at the price of your auction items. The importer will copy the starting bid price set for the auction as the “Buy it Now” price. Your best bet is to set their price using the batch editor after importing your items."
You will have to refund the buyer, explain nicely what happened, and then apply for a Bonanza FVF refund.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
