My question is about these GTIN, UPC, MPN etc. numbers.
Bonanza’s suggestion is to mark jewelry as “new with tags”, because it make easier to show up in G. search results.
My jewelry is handcrafted by me, so it is obviously new, and I mark it as “new with tags” and my own brand name.
But then B. says that without MPN, UPC, GTIN, I won’t show up in G.
Any advice please ? Etsy doesn’t have this.
Thanks!

Please, check with other handcrafted jewelry shops, maybe You should add Your items as I do with paintings – they are original, handmade, one-of-a-kind items and I list them without UPC, etc.
To such handmade items this attribute [URL removed] *[[identifier_[URL removed]
I add new listings using B. “Duplicate items” option in batch editor or on the “Add or edit items” page, so my attributes are automatically copied.
If something has changed, maybe somebody else will add a comment/answer.
In the meantime, here is related info on B. help [URL removed]

For handcrafted items…if you do not have a brand and your own upc or mpn..then simply put in Handmade under the brand name.
The attribute *[[identifier_[URL removed] will be added to your google feed for brand and upc and your items will show in google shopping..
If your items are branded with a Name, an upc or a mpn (manufacturers product number) then use them instead..otherwise do as above
Since etsy specifically deals with vintage, antique and handmade items the google attributes essentially do not apply and when etsy sends your feed to google they send it with the *identifier [URL removed] attribute
Bonanza deals with all types of items and so the message is there to remind those that have brand, upc, mpn, gtin to use them….it it applies

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
