i had 3 times a fRaud scam buyer and all went well was even delivered .
and after 1 month comes a mial from paypal the buyer did not made this payment !!
this was a shock really not good lost much money even gave paypal all proof of shipping and tracking and delivered they send money back to fraud scam buyer :(
how we can protect us from this FRAUD buyers?
how we dont loose money even we shipped out?

Did you checked that the purchase was covered under seller protection by paypal? Always make sure that seller protection is mentioned as eligible by logging into Paypal before shipping the order.

I never had a fraud buyer on bonanza. only one time recently someone went thru paypal to describe something as "not as described’ in one of my other booth’s, and paypal told them to return it, they never returned it, and I won the case and kept the money.

I just won a PayPal case where the buyer wanted to cancel the transaction because her checking account was overdrawn by making a payment. She blamed PayPal for using the incorrect funding source when paying the seller (me). Unfortunately, I had already shipped the item (Priority Mail) and it arrived the same day that she made the claim. She then tried to say the charge was unauthorized. Her own emails begging me to reverse the payment indicating that SHE had made a mistake in the payment, and her request that I refund and then re-bill her saved the day for me. Of course, she wanted me to refund first before receiving alternate payment. Wasn’t going to happen with my package already on the way.
Since the transaction was seller-protected (shipped under the PayPal rules) and was tracked (ALWAYS use tracking, BTW), the buyer LOST her case and I was able to keep the payment. It took PayPal only TWO days to see through the possible buyer scam.

Sorry but this sounds more like someone’s Paypal account was hacked (or yours)…unfortunately that really has nothing to do with bonanza and you need to check with paypal on seller protection as said above
