Hello @bonzbuyer_nod,
Thanks for reaching out and welcome to Bonanza! There is really no sure way to tell if a product is counterfeit or not unless you are buying it directly from the manufacturer (that is applicable to every website you shop on). That said, you should view the sellers feedback first, then ask the seller as many questions as possible to feel comfortable with making the purchase. If at any point there is cause for concern then you should follow your instincts and not follow through with the purchase. It is also important to note that PayPal and Amazon Payments (Both approved payment methods) offer buyer protection for such instances (be sure to check with them first).
While Bonanza takes many steps to remove such items from our site, there are times when a seller bypasses such measures and lists items of this nature. If you find that to be the case then by all means let us know so we can address it accordingly. Bonanza has actually built a tool to remove such items. You can find this option by visiting the listing(s) in question, expanding the description and locating the “Report a violation” link towards the bottom of the description page. Click on that, select the most relevant option and also include a brief description prior to submitting the report. Our team will review the report and take the appropriate action. Reporting items via this channel also allows us to track repeat offenders and address accordingly.
Hope that helps. Thanks for shopping at Bonanza!

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
