First day signing up.. already problems with no solutions available

It is odd to me that upon sign up and setting everything up to sell, I’m running into nonsense problems which should not exist. There is not any articles in Help or Forum either with any info on this delay in opening my booth.

I cannot open my booth as I am told by the website I need to verify my email address. Nothing tells me how to do this verification. Nothing in Help section or Community about it either.

So the question [URL removed] How do I supposedly verify my email address? I thought it was confirmed on signup with the activation email but apparently not. There are no buttons nor links to click for it nor any instructions or further information. I find this extremely bad that there is no indication of how to do this, not even in Help section. robot is holding my booth hostage. An article should be added to the Help section for addressing this issue. Why is there not any info on this? So I cannot open my booth and have no clue how to solve this robot’s problem. Does anyone know how to verify an email address to the satisfaction of a robot that continues to deny me services and hold my store hostage? I tried contacting Bonanza by email/support, no answer.

Have you checked your email account to see if Bonanza sent a email to you with a link to click for verification? Lots of sites do this when you register to open a account. And, if you don’t see a email from Bonanza, you might check your spam folder.

Did you check your entry on Bonanza to make sure you entered your correct email address into your Bonanza account? You may have made a mistake when entering your email address. So, the verification email from Bonanza is floating in cyberspace and will never reach your email.

If you made a mistake, then put the corrected email address into your account and try the process again. If you did not make a mistake, then the advice from abigdogmom and KarensCollections is spot-on.

They should have sent you an email for you to verify it that way. That’s what they did for me. Once you open the email there should be a link for you to click to verify it’s a valid email you used. Took me all of about a minute to do this.

Email support directly. Oops didn’t see that last sentence that you already emailed support.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
