Final value fees.. can you help me?

I know I read everything and now I can’t recall or find it. Are we charged a set value fee per item or is it a set % of that paid price? Thank you.

It’s a % of the sold item(s) price and shipping cost (only above $10).

B.: “All prices (…) are based on the Final Offer Value (FOV). FOV is the amount that the buyer paid to you for the item sold, plus any portion of the shipping fee that exceeds $10.”
