Feedback from buyer

When I sell an item I send an email to the buyer giving the name of the item, the date shipped and tracking number etc.

I tell them that I am giving them positive feedback and if they are satisfied with the product ask that they provide feedback for me.

Many do not seem to know WHERE to go to do this.

I would like to include the feedback address for this item in my email to them.

Is this possible?

(I have trouble with the messages sending themselves before I am done.) As I said With your feedbacks I would not worry about missing a few. After all a missing one is better than an orange or red which you just might get it spite if you ask. Some people are like that. I even had Bonanza stop askin)

If they registered when they purchased, then when they log in, it will be on their My Bonanza page feedback link, just like the seller’s pages…

If they did not register to purchase, they do not have an account and to give feedback, (as far as I know…unless there has been changes)…they will have to click on the feed back link in their email notification from bonanza of a purchase.

Bonanza has the option to send them a reminder, with the link back to give feedback approximately 30 days after the purchase.

It is in your Account Settings,
under Notification [URL removed]

Send an email reminding a buyer to leave feedback about me (sent a month after transaction closes)

The best you can do is give them directions on logging in, and finding their My Bonanza page…or have the notification sent

Bonanza does not require registration to purchase, therefore they buyer does not have an account in which to leave feedback.

PS…I just maybe oppositional, but if anyone asks for feedback, I never give it…sorry, I truly think it is unprofessional to ask for feedback, it should always be voluntary

hmmmm, when I want to purchase something, I always look at the seller’s feedback.. . I assumed that other buyers may do that also. .

I so agree with you on the feedback issue ccmom! I have had some sellers on other sites actually say they would leave the buyer a neg. or neutral because they would not leave them fb! I mean, really? They bought something from you, and you are going to give a neg. or neutral? Dumb.

I do also StarChild3, However, there will always be feedback, but to be pushy and keep asking for feedback or give the buyer a bad mark for not leaving it? That is just wrong. If i go into a local store, I don’t fill out those little “how are we doing” cards each time. Should be the same online.

Focus on the item and the Customer Service…
forget about the feedback.
