since they made the new My Bonanza page…yes it can be hard to find..

If they purchased without making an account, they will have difficulty finding feedback unless they still have the sale notification from bonz in their email…then they can use the link in that email to see the offer…and click on leave feedback…

If they registered then they can log in with their account, go to My Bonanza Page
Click on My Bonanza Tab
Click on Feed back or Purchases

We all are trying to pull buyers from other venues we do’t need to make it difficult ! IMO

I guess that raises 2 questions how important is feedback in the e commerce world & will they be a return customer

out of over 500 sales, I have only had 94 come back to leave feedback, and I don’t ask my buyers to leave FB…the original set up was to emphasize ease of use and customer service, and not become feedback slaves, over time updates have eliminated ease of use.

worrying about feedback is an ebay thing…do your best..and move on…we also have the endorsement option too..

worrying about feedback is an ebay thing , the first thing everyone does is check feedback before purchase ,it’s the way it is ebay or not

Hmmm, most buyers don’t want to go to such length…
Too complicated, Boyz!!

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
