Failed with error #563.

what is going on?? every month it is something else.. why pay the high fees and TITAN membership if my products are going dark

“Sorry for the trouble error #563’ers :) This error is assigned when an account is put on hold (usually your account is missing required information). Booths in this state need to be manually approved by support. When you receive that error, support will also receive a request to review your booth.

Thanks for your patience while our support team is locating and reviewing the error in your booth."
