Explain what you mean by “right now”.

Jewelsbelegance says: June 03, 2016

they should be more clear about it & not state it won’t be charged until after 30 days because its not true & there should be a phone number to call for support for any website/business

I would think it was quite obvious by my comment & the manner in which I wrote it I was obviously extremely upset & stressed out which I still am because I can’t afford to throw around an extra $300 like its nothing especially when something was advertised as a free trial then I get charged

Seems you removed the “right now” wording of your original inquiry. I don’t think anyone can afford to throw money around and, hopefully, it will get worked out. Best of luck!

I figured it out thankfully, Bonanza support was very helpful, I must have missed some small print or a link off to the side of the page or something. It all worked out though thank you

Free Trial Memberships

Some Monthly memberships (Silver and Gold Pro) are eligible for a free trial- we start your membership right away but don’t start billing until the next month. Note that the free trial is eligible for first time subscribers only; you won’t be eligible for a free trial if you’ve already enjoyed a free trial or subscribed to a premium membership in the past.

Annual memberships aren’t eligible for deferred billing since we’re offering a lower monthly fee in exchange for an annual commitment — instead, first-time Annual subscribers start off with a free 13th month as a way of saying thanks and lowering the monthly price even further.

Go to Selling Dashboard
Scroll Down to memberships
Click on memberships

Should be a link that says something to the effect..
Cancel membership
and send message to support that the annual sign up was an error

I have already sent messages to 2 different support people on here as well as some emails so hopefully will hear back it was confusing though because the annual stated wouldn’t be charged until after 30 days

Jewelsbelegance says: June 03, 2016

Thank you Ccmom for the information & advice I very much appreciate it!

Thank you again for your very kind & helpful response, best of luck with your booth!

When I tried the free trial, it was free, I was charged zero. I cancelled a few days before the trial was to end, and I never was charged.

the free trial for the monthly subscription is free, however if you select the annual “trial” it actually gives you a free 13th month, which isn’t really a trial, a trial begins before an actual purchase

Jewelsbelegance says: June 03, 2016

the page for the annual trial does not clearly specify that it will incur a charge right away, at least not in an easy to spot place, & it said will not charge until after 30 days, so I must have missed some small print somewhere or some link, but they were very nice & fixed it, great site.

Bottom line, it should not be advertised & described as a free 30 day trial if people are going to be immediately charged. that is not a free trial that is a paid membership they need to be more clear about it

Free Trial is for Who pay with Debit/Credit Card. if You pay the membership with Paypal then it will be not free. (in My experience)

the free trial is only for the monthly subscription, if you select annual, there is an immediate charge, there must be some small print about it somewhere I just didn’t notice. support was great though I love this site!

I subscribed for a webstore because it is stated as a free 14-day trial but immediately they charge my account for the monthly web store fee of 25.00. I canceled my webstore after 2 days from the register date.
Emailed them to ask for a refund then I get the unreasonable response that they can not. Feeling like I was tricked. LOL…
So I decide to stop selling on Bonanza. What a waste of time Bonanza is!
