Error #563

I keep getting Error #563 every time I attempt to update my booth. In addition, product/item listings are not going live and not appearing in booth.

When I add/edit an item listing, it says it won’t go live until I click “Update Booth”. When I click “Update Booth”, I get Error 563.

“Failed with error #563. Please contact support@bonanza for more information.”

“Warning message”

“There are items in your booth that are ready for sale, but not visible to buyers yet. Return to booth edit page and click “Update Booth” to make all items visible."

When I click “Update Booth”, I get two messages. One is the above Error #563 message. The other says that the booth is active, however despite the booth being active the products do not appear within it.

Please advise.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Error 563’s require to you contact support to request manual booth approval. Once you do, hang tight, we will do our best to get to you as soon as time permits.

Do you know why manual approval is needed? The odd thing is one product went live initially, and then when edited it disappeared.

i have same : error #563. Your booth is currently on hold. Whoops. There was an error. Failed with error #563. Please contact [email protected] for more information. i do not get answer i condacted 22 times no answer

I am also getting the Error #563 message. I don’t understand why I need manual approve to active my booth. Can anyone shed some light on this issue?

It has been 24hrs since I contacted support and haven’t recieved a response yet. Sure would like to get my issue resolved and my booth made active.

I sent a request 3 days ago and have yet to receive a response to resolve the Error message of #536 that my account has to be reactivated manually. Your auto response states 24hours but nothing yet. Please I get some help to resolve the problem?

I received an Error# 563 last Thursday. Effectively makes it impossible to add or change status of any item. I was informed by Support that my booth had been “randomly queued for a manual review.” it was fixed by the next day but has the effect of having put your booth on vacation. It has greatly reduced the bot activity. The highest since then has been 245 while in the preceding 10 days the lowest day was 390. My actual views, while no longer very good, are even worse now. I take “randomly queued” as a descriptive term for glitch.

I have three total listings. I had one initially go live, but when I created the second and attempted to update the booth, I started getting Error #563. Oddly enough, the first product listing remained live until I edited it to reflect booth categories added since the creation of the listing.

You’ll find that there are a number of people such as CCMom, that will help you with most any question.

Actually, if You wish, You can work on your booth and create new listings, but instead of setting them for sale, use the “Save for later” button (it’s a smaller one and is right below the “Save this changes…” button.
This way You will save the item and it will be ready to post for sale manually at a later time (by clicking then on the “Save this changes…” button on the particular listing or via Batch edit items.

Maybe just because of Your category B. needs to check Your items more carefully.

I know it’s very frustrating, when Your items are not showing online right away, I hope they will be visible pretty soon.

my account was fine until last week when I received a large credit card order.I also have had a problem with the same error code #563 when trying to use the batch editor more than a week ago. I contacted support they looked into my account and saw the same thing I was seeing. Some how that got corrected and now my direct checkout status is ineligible. Support said there isn’t anything they can do because the direct checkout is handle by a third party. I am very annoyed.

This does not help me understand what to do next. This does not work as an email so how do I contact support. A simple real link would help. I spent to much time looking up the answer.

YES ALL I HAVE EXPERIENCED THE EXACT SAME THING & SUPPORT IS SOOOO FAR FROM IT ITS GOING ON ALMOST A WHOLE WEEK & A HALF WITH NO ASNWERS I’M ALREADY TRYING TO FIND ANOTHER OPTION BECAUSE THIS IS NOT RIGHT & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & MORE THAN THAT A HUUUUGE! I have the same Error #563. 3 days now and still no response from numerous emails to [email protected]. This occurred after my paypal acct was put on a limit. Bonanza emailed right after and said my booth would be put on hold since customers are not able to pay through paypal. I have corrected my paypal acct. since then but still my booth is on hold and still no email response.

I just got this error code for both of my booths, and bonanza support came back with I had an outstanding seller free of $3.00, for a booth I do not even own, and as a result both of my booths that I do own and pay for have been down for 4 days now cause this other seller did not pay his!! I ask them to check my account to verify that I do not own the booth in question, and never have, and I even offered to pay the $3.00 for somebody’s elses booth to get my too back online. My fees are paid each and every month automatically directly from my credit cart and it’s current and my bill have always been paid up to date. Even EBay was not this screwed up, the knew who owed them $$

Now I have over 800 item sitting idle and no way to be sold or viewed, this is not good business by Bonanza to hurt honest and paying customers!!

Yeah the same thing happened to me. The agent gave me the wrong response for why it happened. It wasn’t even the same item. poor customer service. If this is not resolved, I will be going elsewhere with my business. Really poor customer service.

I am receiving this error message now too. I have been struggling with the customer service, I had over 32K items in my booth, now I am locked. I strive for great customer service for my customers, and I don’t want this to affect my reputation. I know many have said go elsewhere, what options are available besides E-Bay?

Am I going to get my money back from Bonanza for posting fees?
Otherwise I must contact VISA and tell them bonanza is a Non Performance website that did not honor its contractual agreement for the sale of my items.

I work a good time with Bonanza, I have a virtual store to inaugurate on its platform.
All my products are in reserve.
