Ebay syncing - is it working right now

Is Ebay Syncing working right? It has been going on over an hour since I asked for my items to be synced and nothing yet. When will this be fixed, or where am I going wrong?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the confusion, @mbruck1964 . The amount of time the import takes ranges from a few minutes to a few hours depending on how many imports are in the queue in front of you, the number of items you are importing, etc. We had a look at your account and see that your import has completed successfully. To post your newly imported items to your booth, go to your “My Booth > Add or edit items” page and click the green “Update booth” button.
